Your reservations will be taken in the order in which they are received. You will be contacted only in the event that there is a question or problem with your reservation requests. Please be certain to phone us at any point with changes or cancellations.

Seating Policy

Reserved tickets will be available one hour before the performance in the Ettl Lobby. When there is a conflicting event in the Lobby, the Undercroft will be used. Seating will be general admission. The theater doors will open at 15 minutes before the performance. The procedure will be similar to boarding an airplane. The number marked on each ticket determines the holder’s place in the admission line. We will call out the numbers printed on the tickets from the red stairs in increments of ten. There is no need to form an ordered admission line.

An updated report on the restoration of the facade of 129 Pierrepont Street

In answer to everyone’s query, here are a few facts about the façade restoration mandated by the NYC LL10 in compliance with the Landmarks Preservation Commission:

• On the Clinton Street façade in addition to the completed cornice replacement, we have installed over 10,000 new face bricks.

• We have replaced or will replace over 150 decorative terra cotta stones, which have been reproduced in pre-cast concrete to match the original.

• We are replacing five major window pediments at the ninth floor level comprised of over 40 individual elements reproduced in glass fiber reinforced concrete (GFRC) to match the original terra cotta.

• We are replacing three balconies at the 4th floor level with new GFRC reproductions. Each balcony requires a new steel structure and is made up of over 75 individual pieces.

• The scaffold is going up on the Pierrepont Street side of the building, because we are moving forward with both façades at same time.

• We reinforced over 250 lineal feet of structural steel beams and columns. When we are finished, our main building will be better than when it was new in 1906.

Projected Clinton Street completion: September 2006
Projected Pierrepont Street completion: June 2007
