	Criteria for admission Saint Ann's seeks students who show evidence of the intellectual motivation and aptitude that will enable them to handle both freedom and rigorous academic requirements. Admission is granted on the basis of personal interviews and results of tests by the school. New students are admitted to the Preschool through Grade 10 as vacancies permit, and, on occasion, exceptions may be made for Grade 11. Individual consideration is the essence of both our admission and our educational processes. An independent school It must be understood that admission is not predicated on IQ or ISEE scores or grades at other schools per se. Rather, it is based on a holistic assessment of the candidate and his or her background, including cultural concerns, openness of parents to music, theater, literature, etc..
