• The application form.
• Depending on the grade, there may be a teacher evaluation form or a records release form.
• Information on Financial Aid.
• A campus map and directions to the school.
• The tuition schedule.

Request a packet  

• Send us an email at admissions@saintannsny.org.
• Include the following information:
  • Name of child.
  • Age of child.
  • Grade that they will be entering.
  • Name of parents.
  • Mailing address.
• We will mail you a packet when we have all of this information.
