Subway - From Manhattan - West Side - Take the 7th Avneue IRT Express (2 or 3) downtown.

By Car - From Manhattan - West Side - Take the West Side Highway south to Chambers Street. Turn left and follow Chambers Street across to Brooklyn Bridge. Cross bridge and take the first exit (Cadman Plaza) off bridge on the right. The exit ramp forks - take the left fork. Follow map.
- East Side - Take the FDR Drive south to the Brooklyn Bridge. Cross bridge and take the first exit (Cadman Plaza) off bridge on the right. The exit ramp forks - take the left fork. Follow map.
By Car - From Southern New Jersey - Take Goethals Bridge exit off the New Jersey Turnpike (Exit 13). Cross Staten island following signs to the Verazzano Narrows Bridge. Follow Route 278 which becomes the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway. Exit onto Atlantic Avenue, bearing right. Turn left from Atlantic Avenue onto Clinton Street. Follow map.
By Car - From Long Island and Airports - Take the Long Island Expressway (Route 495) to the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway following the signs for Brooklyn. Exit off of the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway onto Fulton Street/Brooklyn Bridge. Turn left onto Cadman Plaza West and follow the map.
By Car - From Northern New Jersey - Take the George Washington Bridge. Stay on expressway until the exit for the Harlem River Drive (on the other side of Manhattan). Take Harlem River Drive to FDR Drive. Take the FDR Drive south to the Brooklyn Bridge. Cross bridge and take the first exit (Cadman Plaza) off bridge on the right. The exit ramp forks - take the left fork. Follow map.
By Car - From Eastern Westchester - Take Interstate 684 to Hutchinson River Parkway. Take Hutchinson to the Whitestone Bridge. Follow signs to LaGuardia Airport/Grand Central Parkway West, then get on the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway to Fulton Street/Brooklyn Bridge exit. Turn left onto Cadman Plaza West and follow the map.
By Car - From Triboro Bridge - Follow appropriate routes to triboro Bridge. Take the bridge to Queens, then follow signs to Brooklyn, Route 278 (one mile after bridge). This is the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway. Stay on it until exit for Brooklyn Bridge/Fulton Street (about four miles). Turn left onto Cadman Plaza West and follow map.
By Car - From Western Massachusetts - Via Taconic State Parkway - Take taconic south to Saw Mill River Parkway, then to Henry hudson Parkway, then to West Side Highway. Follow directions above for "By car from Manhattan, West side."

By Car - From New York State Thruway - Take Thruway south (Interstate 87) to the end. It becomes the Major Deegan Expressway. Take the Deegan to the Triboro Bridge. Follow directions "From Triboro Bridge" above.
