Dear Preschool Parent,

Thank you for inquiring about admission to Saint Ann's for the 2009-2010 academic year. The enclosed literature outlines our philosophy, methods, and programs.

Saint Ann's Preschool is divided into two groups, the threes and the fours. Both programs are full day, five day a week programs. Our birthday cutoff is November 1st.

APPLICATIONS TO THE THREES
The application process for the threes will be run in two parts.

Part 1: We will accept applications from all interested families up until December 1, 2008. There is a reduced processing fee of $35.00 that should be submitted with the completed application. Our committee will then review all applications and determine approximately how many openings we will have for new families and how many children we will be able to meet.

Part 2: We will contact you in mid-December if we will be scheduling your child into an admissions playgroup and offering you a tour. At that time there will be an additional fee of $115.00. Unfortunately, because of the large number of applications we receive and the small number of spaces we have open, we will not be able to offer playgroups and tours to everyone who has applied.

Please be aware that financial aid grants for preschool students are limited.

APPLICATIONS TO THE FOURS
Due to the extremely small, if any, number of openings for the fours, we are not accepting any new applications. If you applied to the threes program for September 2008, you may reactivate your child's application to be considered for entry to the fours in September 2009. If you wish to do so, you must contact the Office of Admission no later than December 1, 2008. There is no fee for reactivated applications.
