Poem of the Day: 20 Jun 2005

She squinted her eyes, as water rolled

She squinted her eyes, as water rolled
out onto her cheeks
as the damp cold ground
blew n the wind.
The little girl dressed in
black sitting on a hill of gravel
motionless.

Lila R. (Middle School, 2004-5) (p#321)
