  • 1965  The founding of St. Ann's Episcopal School, located in the undercroft of St. Ann's Church at 131 Clinton Street

    1966  St. Ann's Episcopal Church purchases the historic Crescent Club building at 129 Pierrepont Street to house the school

    1970  First graduate

    1979  Sixty students graduate in the Class of 1979

    1981  Charter granted to incorporate Saint Ann's School as a separate institution

    1982  The Preschool opens at 26 Willow Place

    1985  Purchase of The Rubin Building

    1989  Kindergarten moves to 124 Henry Street; Computer Center opens in Pierrepont Plaza

    1994  Classrooms open at Pierrepont Plaza

    1996  The Undercroft opens after structural steel reinforcement of 129 Pierrepont Street and reconfiguration of the basement into classrooms and a gym

    2003  The Farber Building opens at 153 Pierrepont

    2007  The scaffolding comes down after 15 years; Dedication of 129 Pierrepont Street to Stanley Bosworth, Founding Head of School

    2009  Purchase of 122 Pierrepont Street from the Church of St. Ann & the Holy Trinity

    Over 2,200 alumni have graduated since the founding of Saint Ann's School.
